Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Activity Security Representative I (ASR I) to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer’s facility and organization, specifically supporting Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

\n

\n

Position Description: The Activity Security Representative’s primary function is to provide multi-disciplined security support to a customer’s facility and organization. The position will provide “day-to-day” support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.

Position Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
\n
• Assist in the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence
\n
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
\n
• Perform destruction of classified materials
\n
• Process magnetic media for accountability
\n
• Reproduction support for classified materials
\n
• Maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions associated with document control
\n
• Assist in the processing of inbound data and outbound data transfer files
\n
• Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
\n
• Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing
\n
• Assist with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notices
\n
• Escort facility visitors and maintains associated logs
\n
• Assist in the preparation of facility access control badges
\n
• Conduct entry and exit inspections
\n
• Assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, to include visitor control
\n
• Perform data entry to the Personnel Access Security System database and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information
\n
• Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported element
\n
• Follow and enforce the customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
\n
• Provide support for the security awareness and education programs
\n
• Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead or the Senior Security Representative

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• 0 to 2 years related experience
\n
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 1 year of experience
\n
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 1 year of experience
\n
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 3 years
\n
• 10% to 25% Travel
\n
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
\n
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
\n
• Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
\n

Desired Qualifications:

• SAP experience
\n
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience (4 years), or Associate’s degree in related area (counts as two years of experience)
