Catholic Charities Eastern Washington

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a Safety and De-escalation Team leader for the Catalyst housing program. You will supervise and train staff, review safety processes, and de-escalate incidents to protect participants and staff. You will collaborate with case management, maintain relationships with housing partners, and ensure documentation in Salesforce and other systems. Requires leadership and protective skills, with strong communication and reporting abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
