Associate Analyst, Reporting (ROPS)

Posting Date 05/19/2026 3201 S 323rd St, Federal Way, Washington, 98001-5023, United States of America This position will support the distribution, maintenance and production of multiple recurring reports or workflows in order to drive improvements and identify opportunities across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations. This includes building lower complexity reports as needed, identifying & fixing report issues, and assisting with ad hoc data pulls. Analysis & Technical Understands how to pull and aggregate data across primary data sources with some guidance Produces & distributes multiple recurring reports or workflows utilizing tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau Troubleshoots front‑end report issues independently and escalates when support is needed Answers questions & makes updates as needed using knowledge about report logic and relevant data in all reports for which they are responsible Project & Stakeholder Management Participates actively in all working sessions Sends recaps from meetings Maintains up to date documentation for reports, processes and analysis assumptions Keeps track of assigned work & balances multiple priorities in order to complete work timely Partners with stakeholders by clearly responding to questions about reports or workflows for which they are responsible Problem Solving Raises awareness when issues arise that impact a report(s) What We’ll Provide More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most. This position will be open for a minimum of three days. The Wage Range for the role is $29.00 - $40.50 per hour. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year. Washington Non‑exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.63/hour, Everett: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour.
