Paralegal PositionSeeking a Paralegal to manage and maintain a docket of approximately 25 active litigation files.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain a docket of approximately 25 active litigation filesOrganize, summarize, and analyze extensive medical records and billingCoordinate medical treatment records, imaging, billing affidavits, and lien informationAssist in developing damages evidence and case timelinesDraft and proofread pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and litigation-related documentsPrepare discovery responses, exhibits, deposition materials, and trial bindersCoordinate experts, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial settingsCommunicate professionally with clients, medical providers, experts, courts, and opposing counselAssist attorney with trial preparation and litigation strategyMaintain case deadlines and ensure files are moving proactively toward resolution or trialQualificationsPrior paralegal experience in personal injury litigation strongly preferredExperience handling complex or high-value injury cases preferredStrong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and court deadlinesAbility to review and understand medical records, treatment histories, and injuriesExceptional organizational and time-management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environmentProfessional demeanor and strong client communication skillsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential informationTrial preparation experience preferredTakes ownership of their filesCan anticipate attorney needs before being askedIs comfortable handling substantial responsibilityWorks well under pressure without sacrificing attention to detailUnderstands the importance of client care and communicationWants to grow professionally in a serious litigation environmentExperience handling and managing a docket of catastrophic injury or wrongful death cases, including taking cases to trial.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time off
