This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless event execution while delivering elevated guest experiences that reflect the luxury and sophistication of our property.The Convention Services Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will serve as the primary liaison between clients and hotel operations teams from the point of contract turnover through event completion.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute all group meetings, conventions, and special events with exceptional attention to detailDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a flawless and personalized experienceCollaborate closely with internal departments, especially Banquets, Culinary, Front Office, and Operations, to ensure seamless communication and executionConduct pre-convention meetings, site visits, and operational planning sessionsCreate detailed event orders, production timelines, and execution plansMonitor group room blocks, event flow, and banquet operations to maximize guest satisfactionIdentify upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience and drive additional revenueEnsure all client expectations are met while maintaining Hotel Flor’s luxury service standardsManage multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiencyWhat are we looking for?QualificationsPrevious experience in Convention Services, Catering Sales, or Hotel Event Management preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all hotel departmentsExceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to implement structure, processes, and operational plansAbility to thrive in a high-energy, guest-focused luxury hospitality environmentDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilitiesPassion for creating memorable guest experiencesAbility to maintain a flexible work schedule based on operational and event needsCompensation:Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
