Job Description Licensed Master Social Worker (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually Work Setting: Hybrid- (1 day onsite & 4 day remote) Job Summary Seeking a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide behavioral health assessments, therapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination within an integrated care team. Responsibilities Conduct behavioral health assessments and treatment planning Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention) Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams Perform risk assessments and maintain clinical documentation Participate in team meetings and supervision Qualifications Active LMSW license required MSW from an accredited institution Experience with behavioral health treatment and EHR systems Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria Spanish speaking required Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
