What Youll Do

• Post and maintain accurate daily and monthly general ledger entries.
• Reconcile accounts and promptly resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate financial files and documentation.
• Research and respond to accounting inquiries and information requests.
• Analyze financial data and create models using Excel.
• Streamline accounting processes and workflows.

What Were Looking For

• 2-3+ years of experience in accounting.
• Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or economics (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred experience in banking, credit union, or financial services.
• Self-starter with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
