Associate Attorney

Clyde & Co Associate PositionClyde & Co is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of strong litigation experience to join our California office. The practice encompasses general liability, product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases. The candidate will have substantial experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing pre-trial documents. The associate must be proactive, motivated and organized, and must possess excellent research and writing skills. The range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
