Assistant Restaurant Manager – Fast Casual Bakery-Café | $18–$22.50/hr
A nationally recognized fast casual bakery-café brand is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead a high-volume location. This confidential opportunity is a great fit for a hands-on leader ready to grow into a General Manager role with a company known for promoting from within.

What You'll Do
- Support the General Manager in running daily restaurant operations
- Supervise, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Help recruit, interview, hire, and train new team members
- Step in as manager-on-duty, overseeing shifts and guest experience
- Monitor food quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Support sales-building efforts and help manage labor and food costs
- Reinforce a positive, accountable, team-first culture
- Follow all company policies and health department regulations
What You Bring
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management/supervisory experience
- Fast casual, quick service, or bakery-café experience a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
