Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to support and grow relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on client retention, communication, account growth, and ensuring successful delivery of recruiting services. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Build strong long‑term client relationships Coordinate with recruiters to ensure successful placements Conduct regular client check‑ins and performance reviews Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling Resolve client concerns and maintain satisfaction Track client activity and reporting in CRM systems Qualifications 2+ years of account management, recruiting, or staffing experience preferred Strong relationship‑building and communication skills Organized and detail‑oriented Ability to manage multiple client accounts Experience working in a fast‑paced environment CRM/ATS experience preferred Compensation Bonus opportunities based on account growth and retention #J-18808-Ljbffr
