Continuous Improvement Manager – kdc/one Groveport Are you a hands‑on Lean leader who loves rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and helping teams win? kdc/one is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead improvement efforts on the floor, eliminate waste, and build a culture where continuous improvement is how we work—every day. This role is all about action: coaching teams, running Kaizens, and turning data into real, sustainable results. What You’ll Do Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives that drive safety, quality, cost, delivery, and engagement. Plan and facilitate Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), and problem‑solving workshops. Coach leaders and teams in Lean tools, loss analysis, and data‑driven decision making. Create and maintain visual management, standard work, and value stream maps. Partner with site leadership to build and execute a CI roadmap aligned with business goals. Support equipment reliability and efficiency through TPM and maintenance improvement efforts. Drive employee engagement by making CI practical, visible, and fun. Track results, celebrate wins, and make sure improvements stick. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of hands‑on Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven success leading Kaizens, RIEs, and shop‑floor improvement activities. Strong Lean toolkit (VSM, Standard Work, Visual Management, TPM, problem solving).
