Job Title: Agile Developer
Number of Positions: 8 in different teams/program
Location: Fort Meade, MD ( All work is performed on-site in a classified facility at Fort Meade )
Contract Duration: 5 years
Pay Rate Range: $73.94/hr to $109.15/hr on W2 ( Depending on the team )
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI with Active Full Scope Polygraph; CI Investigation closed within last 5 years


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Distribution Team: This position supports the Distribution Team effort on an intelligence community (IC) program at Fort Meade, MD, focused on modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge cloud technologies. The Agile Developer will design, develop, and deliver Java Spring Boot and Python-based microservices on AWS, with a specific focus on rules engine integration and cloud-native application development within a classified, on-site operational environment.
2. Distribution Team: This position supports the Distribution Team effort on the ONELOUDER program at Fort Meade, MD, focused on modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge cloud technologies. The Agile Developer will design, develop, and deliver Java Spring Boot-based microservices on AWS, building REST services and CI/CD pipelines within a classified, on-site operational environment.
3. Workflow Intent Team: This position supports the Workflow Intent Team effort on and Intelligence Community (IC) program at Fort Meade, MD, responsible for the full stack development of cloud-based applications and microservices. The Agile Developer will contribute across the entire software delivery lifecycle - from requirements analysis and system design through implementation, testing, documentation, and team lead responsibilities - within a classified, on-site operational environment.
4. Management Team: This position supports the Management Team effort on an Intelligence Community (IC) program at Fort Meade, MD, focused on modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge cloud technologies. The Agile Developer will design, develop, and deliver Java Spring Boot-based microservices on AWS, leveraging native cloud services to support a classified, on-site operational environment.
5. Knowledge Team: Seeking an experienced Agile Developer - Level 3 to support a Knowledge Team on a critical intelligence modernization program at Fort Meade, MD. The selected candidate will contribute to modernizing a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge cloud-native technologies. This is a collaborative, Agile-driven environment where clear communication and cross-functional teamwork are essential to delivering mission-critical software.
6. Management Team: The Agile Developer will support the modernization of a legacy operational system using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. Working within the Management Team on the ONELOUDER program at Fort Meade, MD, the developer will design, build, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices and Python-based AWS automation in a classified on-site SCIF environment.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Education:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience/combined education in lieu of degree).
• Master's degree accepted with reduced experience requirement.
