Role Overview The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Responsibilities Coordinate patient care activities, maintain practice standards, and ensure quality nursing services within organizational policies. Demonstrate professional growth and accountability. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred. New graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred, with some roles requiring at least 1 year. Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license, and BCLS certification. Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or NICU NRP.
