Business Support Manager

Job Description Coordinate and support administrative functions for the Technology Business Manager function within GMT, acting as the central point of contact for senior leadership and delivering strategic work to meet tactical priorities. Responsibilities Leads communication, coordination and connectivity across the leadership team. Partners with peers and control partners to ensure strong engagement and adherence to risk management and operational risk policies and processes. Drives the successful execution of team events and routines, including logistics, communications and gathering feedback. Develops comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensures all accountable parties understand respective roles and responsibilities. Partners with the reporting and analytics team to ensure accurate reporting while seeking opportunities to reduce manual processes. Assists senior executive and team with a full range of engagements, including process improvement and project initiatives. Provides oversight of key deliverables and validates accurate and timely completion. Focuses on headcount, resource and vendor management (invoice processing) as well as operational risk tracking and audit progress, application status tracking, organizational best practices and general portfolio requests. Works directly with the existing business management team to build reports and manage supporting functions of the financials for the CTO. Works directly with other functional and development managers in the technology organization on resource allocations and forecast. Works directly with key currency business resources to address project, program and audit information needs. Interacts daily with all levels of the organization, reviewing and gaining feedback on resource changes, onboarding, offboarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation with central GMRT team reports. Manages vendor processes including accounts payable, invoice payment and status, and forecasting. Handles general ad‑hoc requests for executive level meetings, business presentations, corporate communications, etc. Supports organizational metrics: captures key project metrics and information for executive level reporting and financial forecast vs. actual. Manages resource plans (forecast vs. actual). Conducts quarterly business and organizational reviews covering headcount ratios, hiring status and financials. Oversees resource management, including hiring requests and approvals, forecasting, onboarding, mandatory training tracking and contract or contractor management. Manages vendor activities such as forecasting, run-rates for SOWs, invoices and contractors. Coordinates with the corporate governance team and project managers to ensure alignment in using internal tools to track cross‑LOB programs within GT&O. Works with project managers to develop their forecasts (resources, budget). Coordinates with globally distributed teams to manage information and project information needs. Required Qualifications Minimum of 4+ years of job related experience required. Experience in resource management and forecasting. Experience in vendor management and procurement. Experience in metrics and reporting. Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to track and manage many different types of efforts and data. Intermediate SharePoint for managing workflow, portals and data repositories. Superior business acumen. Team‑player. Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills.
