RN - Intensive Care Unit Night Shift
Join a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate and professional nursing care in a busy Intensive Care Unit. This full-time night shift role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on critically ill patients in a vibrant regional healthcare setting in the Southeastern United States.
Plan and deliver nursing care in line with established policies. Take on charge nurse duties as assigned, ensuring smooth unit operations. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written. Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership capabilities. Understand the physiological, psychosocial, developmental, and spiritual needs of ICU patients. Maintain keen observation skills and physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Be prepared for potential exposure to infectious materials.
Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
Prior experience in critical care nursing is highly valued to ensure quality patient care and effective unit management.
