Workflow Coordinator

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Workflow Coordinator. This role focuses on coordinating daily business workflows, tracking project progress, maintaining operational documentation, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily business workflows across departments

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in administration, operations, project support, customer service, or related roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment
