NFI North is seeking two 2nd Shift Direct Care Counselors for our Transitional Housing Program in Bethlehem, NH. Schedules would be 4 days, 10 hours shifts. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team. We are looking for a professional to work various shifts throughout the week to meet the needs of the program.

Responsibilities: Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling. Facilitate participant improvement in personal responsibility, social skills, medication monitoring and administration, community living skills, and behavior.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with participant population.
