Pay Rate: $22.00 - $23.00 / Hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote (Full-Time)
Job Overview:
The Production Operations Coordinator supports the end-to-end production process for the eCommerce channel and retail merchandise business by overseeing the execution, tracking, and fulfillment of manufacturing orders from placement through final delivery. This role ensures the accurate and timely movement of goods across vendors, production facilities, and 3PL fulfillment centers, maintaining alignment between internal stakeholders, logistics partners, and finance. Key responsibilities include maintaining full visibility of inbound and outbound shipments, driving KPIs for On-Time Delivery and cycle time, creating purchase orders, managing ERP updates, and scheduling product inspections.
Job Specifications:

• Oversee the complete delivery of shipments and receipts of products, materials, and supplies for the eCommerce channel.
• Create, update, and maintain Purchase Orders (POs) and PO revisions throughout the production lifecycle.
• Track goods on order, work-in-progress (WIP), and in-transit shipments using ERP systems (Navision/Microsoft Dynamics) and project management platforms (Monday.com, Excel).
• Perform goods receipts for incoming products and components in the ERP system.
• Inspect shipment packing lists and ingested quantities, verifying them against manifests, invoices, or orders to confirm accuracy.
• Schedule time-sensitive product inspections (QIMA) across supplier locations prior to shipment.
• Create shipment documentation, commercial invoices (CI), R2 setups, and send inbound/outbound shipment notifications to downstream teams.
• Follow up daily with vendor and 3PL partners to ensure on-time shipments, proper labeling, and accurate delivery documentation.
• Coordinate billing processes with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoice issuance to international partners.
• Manage incoming and outgoing sample packages to and from vendors for internal review or production use.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Logistics, Finance, and Brand Management to resolve shortages, damages, or specification discrepancies.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hands-on experience owning and managing Purchase Orders (POs) within apparel, fashion, retail merchandise, consumer products, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience in production coordination, supply chain operations, vendor/factory communication, and logistics tracking.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Navision / Microsoft Dynamics or comparable ERP systems).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Monday.com preferred) and Microsoft Office/Adobe products.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.

Education Requirements:

• College degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and directly related professional production/operations experience will be considered.
