Office Manager

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: · Manage all daily office operations ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environment · Provide welcoming customer service interaction via phone, in-person and in written correspondence · Perform varied administrative, financial, clerical and reception duties · Coordinate and schedule client appointments, meetings & follow-ups · Maintain Client and Office Records with a high degree of confidentiality · Ensure office meets regulatory compliance · Perform QuickBooks Online invoicing and payment processing · Oversee & manage quotes, and services agreements · Provide basic technical support/troubleshooting with office equipment, office software/programs · Support office personnel · Handle client information while maintaining strict confidentiality of information at all times Skills and Abilities * Excellent communication skills, and professional phone-etiquette * Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving ability * Highly organized, detail oriented and with ability to multitask effectively * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize * Proficient in QuickBooks Online * Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients * Ability to work independently and as a member of our team * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends during tax season Company Description Intrinsic DM2, Inc' is seeking an Office Manager.
