Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team in Santee, CA, 92071. In this role, you will oversee the production process, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities- Manage daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize resource allocation.
- Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and train production staff to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in a small to medium manufacturing environment.
- Working Knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes; MIG and TIG welding experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using production management software (NetSuite, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to track and interpret production KPIs to improve output, quality, and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and accountability
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Operational Metrics & KPI Management
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Scheduling Experience
