Maintenance Technician Shift Lead for 3rd Shift

Overview As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician Shift Lead, you will not be doing the same thing every day in supporting production with repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. We will provide you with the setting and tools to be successful in troubleshooting and problem solving - things you like to do! You'll be working in a safe, clean, climate-controlled environment to enable you to perform your best! Responsibilities Lead and motivate maintenance technicians by example and accountability Delegate and prioritize work for shift Install and repair manufacturing machinery and other mechanical equipment for production Respond quickly to troubleshoot equipment, fixtures, fittings, etc. Conduct Preventative Maintenance on a scheduled basis Follow LOTO and Arc Flash Safety procedures Read and interpret blueprints Install and operate machinery and technical equipment Maintain working knowledge of CNC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, PLCs, robotics, and pneumatic systems Communicate effectively verbally and in writing Requirements Associates degree or technical school degree/certificate and 3 or more years of hands-on experience and/or training, or equivalent Prior leadership experience Technical certification or vocational training in industrial maintenance or machining preferred Job Details Full-Time position located in Princeton, Kentucky 3rd shift Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate commensurate with experience Weekly paychecks Clean, climate-controlled environment Hand tools provided Paid Time Off (PTO) combines vacation, sick, and personal days Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance starting day one Retirement Plans Relocation Assistance Health & Wellness Program Benefits with incentives Tusion Reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
