Job TitleThis person will be doing full cycle recruiting for direct labor positions, primarily machinists. Qualifications: High School diploma required, BS degree in HR or a related field preferred. Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in manufacturing or a similar industrial setting. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.
