Executive Assistant — Real Estate | Metairie/ New Orleans |Full-time About the Role We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a top-producing real estate professional managing a busy book of listings, clients, and transactions. This role keeps deals, schedules, and client relationships running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a career support role, not a training ground for agents — we're looking for someone who wants to build expertise on the operations/support side of real estate long-term. Nice to Have Experience with DocuSign/dotloop or similar e-signature/transaction software Familiarity with the local MLS system and market What We Offer $45,000+ based on experience Benefits Available License and MLS/association dues covered by brokerage #J-18808-Ljbffr WizeHire, Inc
