Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law matters, including matrimonial, divorce, and custody cases. This role requires a compassionate and client-focused approach to navigate complex family legal issues effectively, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases related to divorce, custody, and matrimonial issues
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and motions
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Advocate for clients in court hearings and trials
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress
• Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and legal precedents

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in family law
• Strong understanding of family law principles and court procedures
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and emotional client situations
• Proficient in legal research tools and case management software
