Practice Administrator, Primary Care Housecalls Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; relevant licensure or certification required.
- 3-5+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a provider or primary care practice setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and financial management.
Practice Administrator, Primary Care Housecalls Job Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a home-based primary care and palliative care practice; Ensure regulatory compliance and quality outcomes
- Lead, supervise, and develop clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and quality care.
- Manage budgets, billing performance, and productivity in collaboration with finance and revenue cycle teams.
