It is a critical business partner position responsible for workforce strategy, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and culture transformation.The Human Resources Manager will collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure we have the talent, capabilities, and culture needed to achieve our long-term business objectives.What You'll Be Responsible ForStrategic Workforce LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business KPIs.Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.Partner with leaders to anticipate future workforce needs and organizational changes.Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingLead recruiting efforts for hourly, professional, and leadership positions.Strengthen the employee value proposition and employer brand.Enhance candidate experience and hiring effectiveness.Organizational Culture & Employee ExperienceFoster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.Champion employee engagement, recognition, and communication initiatives.Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and workplace concerns.Development & Leadership EffectivenessDesign and implement talent development programs that support career growth and internal mobility.Lead leadership development and succession initiatives across the organization.Build organizational capability through coaching and talent strategies.Governance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.Manage sensitive employee matters with professionalism, fairness, and discretion.Support risk mitigation through proactive HR practices.The Ideal CandidateYou are a strategic HR leader who balances business objectives with genuine care for people.
