About the Team
The Web Platform Product Manager owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Web Platform team in Retail Bank Account Opening.  Account Opening is Capital One Retail Bank's digital front door, the engine that turns customer interest into booked accounts at scale, and the Web Platform is what that experience runs on.  Your customers are the Product Managers and Engineers building on top of & around you. This is a great fit if you know the product craft and want a new space to grow into!  We're looking for the kind of Prduct Manager who gets curious about unfamiliar architecture, learns it fast, and is able to tell a compelling story about where the platform should go.

Basic Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

OR

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management

New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management

Philadelphia, PA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Richmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Wilmington, DE: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
