Surgical / OR Tech III

Role Overview: The OR Tech III collaborates with perioperative registered nurses to provide individualized, age-specific patient care in the operating room. They ensure a safe environment, facilitate positive patient outcomes, and monitor physiologic responses during surgery. Responsibilities Assist in organizing and preparing the surgical environment and equipment Maintain sterile techniques and assist during various surgical procedures Support team members to ensure efficient workflow and patient safety Communicate effectively with team members and patients as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a Surgical Technician training program 2-3 years of relevant experience Proficiency in scrubbing for service lines including robotics, vascular, neurovascular, thoracic, general, orthopedics, plastic, trauma, and neuro/spine cases Certified Surgical Technician (NBSTSA) and current BLS certification Strong communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently Key Duties: Assist in surgical procedures, maintain sterile environment, collaborate with team, and ensure patient safety and physiologic stability. #J-18808-Ljbffr Provident Behavioral Health
