As a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused LPN to join our night shift team. As an LPN on our night shift, you will be responsible for providing routine care and support to patients, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and pulseProvide routine care and support to patients, including personal hygiene, dressing, and groomingAssist with daily living activities, such as bathing, feeding, and toiletingCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plansProvide emotional support and companionship to patients and their familiesMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and servicesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfactionWhat We Offer:$1500 SIGN-ON BONUS 7p-7a: Earn a $1500 bonus paid out over 90 days.Note: The Night Shift LPN will work from 7p-7a.Join our team today and take advantage of this exceptional opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients!
