Manager of Revenue Operations

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Manager of Revenue Operations to join their Reporting & Analytics team. This is a newly created leadership role focused on managing a team of 3-5 Business and Data Analysts while partnering closely with operational leaders to identify business challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives. This person will help prioritize analytical efforts, guide problem-solving approaches, and ensure the team is delivering insights that create measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings proven people leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of people leadership experience with a track record of coaching, developing, and managing analysts or business professionals.

Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and partnering with multiple stakeholders to solve complex business problems.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational opportunities, prioritize work, and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

Ability to think holistically about business challenges, develop strategies, and guide teams toward effective solutions.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience influencing leaders and business partners. Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar analytical role.

Experience leading teams of Business Analysts or Data Analysts.

Revenue Operations, Reporting & Analytics, or operational performance improvement experience.

Healthcare industry experience.
