Prepare deduction notices, communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Process accounts payable checks, maintain organized AP files, and generate AP reports. Assist in preparing and analyzing accounts, offering insights to support financial decisions. Support the monthly close process for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Qualifications For The Accounts Payable Clerk 2+ years of customer service experience.
