Senior R&D Legal Director, Americas

Novartis is seeking a Director, R&D Legal, Americas to provide strategic legal support for R&D activities across the Americas, including Clinical Operations and Development Units. This role is based in the East Hanover, NJ area with a requirement to be in Cambridge, MA or East Hanover, NJ three days per week.
You will counsel on FDA regulatory requirements, data use and sharing, GxP compliance, and research governance while guiding cross-border collaborations and technology transfers.
