Operations Support Associate

Summary Part-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring customer experience while supporting store operations and company initiatives. Role involves driving sales, engaging with customers to build clientele, and maintaining store standards in a high-volume specialty retail environment. Responsibilities Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused activities Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training Utilize multi-channel tools and technology to support alternative purchasing processes Represent and deliver consistent brand experience aligned to company expectations Engage in networking and clienteling to build and maintain customer relationships Provide feedback to management on successes, opportunities, and category needs Ensure sales floor and store standards are met at all times Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume specialty environment preferred Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel Ability to operate register and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours Ability to lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers #J-18808-Ljbffr
