Step into an enriching contract opportunity working with a dedicated daycare center near Little Rock, AR. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference as a Speech-Language Pathologist, serving a diverse group of 36-40 young students. From now until May 2027, you'll provide invaluable support to children and collaborate with education professionals to foster development and communication success.

Key Qualifications:

• Must hold a current SLP license (Clinical Fellowship Year applicants considered)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience with school-based or pediatric caseloads highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for empowering children
• Ability to work onsite and effectively engage with a daycare center environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver engaging, individualized therapy to students aged daycare through school age
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student progress
• Track and document student outcomes, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute creative solutions for student success
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students
