Manager, Learning Design & Enablement

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Learning Design & Enablement to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Media environment. Location: Beverly Hills, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $96,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Design and manage diverse learning experiences across in-person and digital formats Oversee the organization's Learning Management System and ensure effective utilization Partner with HR to create training solutions for various functions Manage project execution for learning initiatives, including training logistics Analyze feedback and metrics to continuously improve learning programs Contribute to the Learning & Development Center of Excellence and ensure scalable standards Travel occasionally as required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in learning and development programs across various modalities Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), specifically Workday Learning Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; strong presentation design skills required Familiarity with adult learning theory and leadership development Exceptional communication and organizational skills Experience in a consultative L&D or HR role, collaborating with stakeholders Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, vision, dental, and mental health Generous paid time off, including holidays, sick time, and personal days 401(k) program with company matching contributions Support for new parents and family planning, including caregiver leave Career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and student loan support Volunteer time off and crowdfunding match programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
