Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Westborough, MA

Salary: Up to $62,000

CFS is partnering with a growing company in the Westborough area to hire an Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is primarily focused on high-volume Accounts Payable processing, with some Accounts Receivable responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Enter, code, and maintain invoices in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage electronic invoice documentation and records.
• Assist with job costing and expense tracking.
• Support Accounts Receivable activities, including invoicing and payment tracking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience processing large transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and quickly contribute with minimal training.
