Advise on new product or program development in the insurance sector. Provide guidance on transactional and regulatory matters in the settlement services industry. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in insurance regulatory matters, real estate transactions, or financial services regulation. Industry experience in title insurance, escrow operations, or settlement services preferred. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
