Regional Sales Manager

Job Details Job Location: PLANT 2 - Elmira, NY 14901 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree preferred Salary Range: $77,700.00 - $103,500.00 Travel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Any Job Category: Sales Title: Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities Review applications and make proper recommendations from inquiries. Interface with Design and Product Engineering on product specification and technical customer requirements. Interface with customer service to ensure accounts and inquiries are covered. Provide quotations with supporting product information to Distributors and direct accounts. Manage Hilliard Distributors, Agents, Representatives and Resellers as assigned by supervisor. Management duties to include periodic evaluations, training, establishment of sales goals, evaluation of territory potential, joint sales calls, and marketing/sales plans to achieve company goals as set forth by management. Responsible to identify new and replacing old representations as required. Perform direct OEM and key account management and sales as assigned by supervisor. Identify, call on and maintain existing business as well as identify new key accounts and opportunities. Qualifications BS Degree and or equivalent Sales Management experience; Engineering degree preferred. Domestic and International travel, as required. Read blueprints and electrical schematics. Strong interest in business and product development. Maintain cooperative and open communication with all personnel and departments. CAD Software; Microsoft Office Suite a plus. Be able to perform duties in an ever-changing fast paced environment. Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
