Field Coordinator

KCPC is seeking a dependable, Field Coordinator to support commercial painting operations on active job sites. This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate daily field activities, support crew performance, manage materials and site logistics, and help keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The Field Coordinator plays an important role in connecting field execution with project leadership while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and professionalism. What You’ll Do Manage jobsite logistics, including material deliveries and inventory tracking Supervise painting crews and help keep work aligned with project timelines Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and internal team members Implement safety and compliance measures on site Assist with project planning, progress tracking, and reporting to management Train Crew Leaders and help develop field leadership capabilities Ensure workers remain compliant with PPE requirements, including gloves, safety glasses, respirators, and protective clothing as needed Perform manual labor tasks related to commercial painting projects when required Provide hands‑on support, guidance, and training to crew members Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite Report jobsite and safety issues promptly to direct supervision Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals Represent KCPC professionally on the jobsite and on company property What We’re Looking For Previous experience in commercial painting and knowledge of painting techniques and materials Willingness to learn, improve, and grow within field operations Effective communication and leadership skills to help supervise crews Familiarity with light power equipment and hand tools Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon hire Must be legally authorized to work in the United States OSHA 10 preferred, but not required This position offers a progression path for someone looking to strengthen project coordination, scheduling, and leadership skills and grow into a Superintendent role.
