Relationship Associate

To support the Institutional Client Relations team, the full-time Relationship Associate will serve as the primary administrative contact for key clients in the mergers and acquisitions sector, managing client communications and facilitating post-closing processes in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Convey complex M&A deal information quickly and concisely to clients Investigate and respond to client requests by utilizing internal databases and collaborating with internal teams Track the status of over 250 M&A transactions during the post-closing period while providing exceptional customer service Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or operations, or equivalent work experience 2-5 years of experience in finance, law, or bank operations Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with high-income clients Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex issues independently Deadline-driven and highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail
