Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Description:
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for inventory management and product invoicing accuracy.
• Responsible for contacting freight carriers and arranging pickups/tracking deliveries.
• Verifies and corrects discrepancies on finished good batch tickets from Quality Control.
• Responsible for unloading and loading trailers of both finished goods and raw materials.
• Responsible for accurate paperwork for incoming finished goods and raw materials from the outside warehouse. This includes entering trailers to retrieve Raw Material and Packaging documentation; note that height from ground to first step of trailer is 15 inches.
• Responsible for correct location storage of incoming finished goods and raw materials.
• Lifting Bags of raw materials weighing approximately 55 lbs. frequently. Occasional lifting of 5-gallon pails and 4 pack gallon cases weighing up to 65 lbs.
• Follows departmental and safety policies and procedures.
• Immediately report quality and safety issues to the supervisor.
• Keep shipping office areas and warehouse neat and orderly.
• Follows all standard shipping/receiving procedures and exercises good judgment and initiative. Able to accomplish assigned work with little supervision.
