Pharmacy Technician | Itasca, Illinois

An established pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a 6-month assignment in Itasca, IL. This contract role offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a stable workweek and the opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with daily pharmacy operations across multiple areas including prescription processing and pharmacy-related support (PRS) duties Support tasks in the warehouse as needed, demonstrating flexibility to work in various sections of the pharmacy Maintain accuracy and efficiency while handling prescriptions and inventory Desired Experience and Qualifications: Valid Illinois Pharmacy Technician license is required PTCB Certification mandatory Minimum of 2 years of solid pharmacy experience preferred to effectively manage role responsibilities Ability to adapt and contribute to multiple facets of pharmacy service Location: This role is based in Itasca, Illinois Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience: $23/hour with 1 year of experience
