Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay: $25.00 per hour CAPREIT Benefits Include: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Competitive Bonus Program Leasing Commissions Mental Health Day Summer Fun Fridays Paid Vacation Time, Including Your Birthday Off Paid Sick Time & Holidays Career Growth & Development Opportunities Employee-Centered Culture Community Information: Bethesda Hill Bethesda, Maryland 20814 193 Units 1 Opening Available Responsibilities What You'll Do: Provide Exceptional Customer Service Help prospective residents find their next home by: Greeting and qualifying prospective residents Conducting community tours Highlighting community features and benefits Assisting with the application process Participating in marketing and outreach activities Following up with prospects throughout the leasing process Support Community Operations Assist the Community Manager by: Processing rental applications in a timely manner Answering resident and prospect inquiries Managing resident and prospect follow-up Completing administrative and leasing-related tasks Contributing to occupancy and retention goals What We're Looking For: We're searching for a professional who is: Customer-focused and service-driven Energetic and outgoing Organized and detail-oriented Motivated by goals and results Passionate about creating a positive resident experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Qualifications Qualified Candidates Will Have: 1 to 3 years of multifamily housing experience Previous leasing experience preferred Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Basic administrative and organizational skills Experience with property management software is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business technologies Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing outstanding service Schedule Monday through Friday Occasional weekends as needed to support leasing and community events (not every weekend) #CAPREITUS Build a Career Where You Matter At CAPREIT, you'll have the opportunity to grow your career, develop valuable industry skills, and make a meaningful impact on residents and your community every day.
