JENNMAR Services, is seeking a dynamic individual who enjoys working with people to fill our Social Media Coordinator position for our Corporate Office in Canonsburg, PA . This role interfaces with the public, as well as, recruiting and marketing teams daily.

Core Responsibilities of Social Media Coordinator:

• Maintain knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms used by JMS.
• Create engaging, brand-consistent content including copy, graphics, videos, and social media campaigns.
• Monitor and respond professionally to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Schedule content and support campaign execution while staying current on industry trends and platform updates.
• Develop creative content ideas that strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with Marketing, recruiters, project managers, branch leadership, and operations teams.
• Adapt to changing social media trends and platform requirements.
• Follow all JMS brand standards and Marketing Department guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company at all times.
• Ensure all content aligns with company values and messaging.
• Coordinate with field personnel and team members to obtain photos, videos, drone footage, and project updates.
• Utilize provided photography and drone footage to create engaging content.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator when additional media assets are needed.
• Identify opportunities to showcase JMS employees, projects, services, customers, and community involvement.
• All creative assets, post copy, and supporting materials must be submitted through Asana and receive Marketing Department approval prior to publication.

Job Requirements for Social Media Coordinator:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience
• Experience with managing multiple types of social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Spark preferred, not required
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Highly organized
• Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment and multi task
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
• Pay high attention to detail
• Associates degree preferred
• Previous office experience preferred
