Education LevelNot Specified## Description**Job Summary** We are seeking a motivated and energetic Boot Camp Instructor to lead high-intensity, group-based fitness classes. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, skilled at motivating diverse groups, and committed to helping participants safely achieve their health and performance goals through structured, results-driven workouts.**Key Responsibilities*** Design and lead engaging boot camp workouts incorporating strength training, cardio, HIIT, agility, and functional movement* Modify exercises to accommodate varying fitness levels, injuries, and physical limitations* Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure correct form to prevent injury* Motivate, coach, and provide constructive feedback to participants throughout sessions* Maintain a safe, energetic, and inclusive training environment* Track attendance and participant progress when required* Set up, inspect, and properly store equipment before and after classes* Enforce facility policies, class guidelines, and safety standards* Stay current with fitness trends, best practices, and continuing education* Represent the organization professionally and positively at all times**Physical Requirements*** Ability to demonstrate exercises and movements repeatedly* Capacity to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment (typically up to 50 lbs)* Endurance to lead high-intensity workouts**Work Schedule*** Flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and outdoor sessions (if applicable)**Compensation*** Competitive hourly or per-class rate $70**Work Environment*** Indoor fitness studio, gym, outdoor training space, or community facility* Fast-paced, energetic, and physically active environment## Qualifications**Qualifications*** Certification from a nationally recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent)* CPR/AED and First Aid certification (current or willing to obtain)* Prior experience leading group fitness or boot camp-style workouts preferred* Strong knowledge of exercise programming, anatomy, and injury prevention* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills* High energy level with the ability to motivate and inspire others* Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
