Senior Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Compensation: $160,000–$175,000 Base Salary + Litigation Bonuses
Experience Required: 5+ Years Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation
Bilingual (English/Spanish): Preferred, Not Required

Overview

A growing plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to manage complex injury cases from filing through trial. The ideal candidate has strong litigation and trial experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about advocating for injured clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation docket from filing through resolution
• Serve as first-chair trial attorney, including jury selection through verdict
• Draft demand packages, motions, pleadings, and legal correspondence
• Take and defend depositions
• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value
• Develop litigation strategies to maximize client recovery

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Proven first-chair trial experience
• Strong knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence
• Excellent legal writing, research, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage cases independently
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $160,000–$175,000 , depending on experience
