Our company is looking for a Technical Enablement Architect to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing enablement materials for the Sales team to effectively promote Contrast;
  • Developing tools and processes that improve overall sales efficiency;
  • Supporting Contrast’s sales and marketing efforts however needed;
  • Developing content to enable partners and customers to understand Contrast’s value proposition;
  • Educating the market and representing Contrast at conferences, meet-ups, and other events via speaking engagements and workshops;
  • Defining and building demonstration capabilities that differentiates Contrast’s unique value against the competition;
  • Assisting with competitive analysis so that the Contrast team can convey key advantages;

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with containerization technology;
  • 3+ years of experience in the field of identity and access management;
  • Understand and be conversant about Contrast’s competitors, their solutions, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats;
  • Set and manage expectations with senior stakeholders and team members;
  • Ability to travel 30%+, or as needed;
  • 2+ years of practice experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Pivotal, etc;
  • Specific application security experience is a big plus;
  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. Pre-Sales Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success or Technical Support);
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software and/or a technologically relevant field;
  • Spoken and written fluency in English;
  • 10+ years in the IT industry;
  • Technical writing skills;
  • Experience in technical training (taught training sessions/workshops);
  • Full-stack development skills;
  • Experience with Redis.
