- Functionally understands and works to have expert knowledge of applications of which the role is responsible;

- Manage field data collection using applications such as Survey123 and Collector;
- Supporting retail business and geospatial analytics;

- Knowledge and experience in CBRN material as well as an understanding of the hazards associated with their manufacture, transport and use;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels;
- No Relocation Assistance, must be local;
- Masters degree or PhD in a quantitative field;
- Progressive thinker and problem solver, with a strong ability to manage ambiguity/complexity;
- Experience with SQL queries of large databases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Teradata, and Hadoop;
- 4+ years of relevant geospatial experience, with 2 years of experience leading at least one other geospatial technician;

- BS degree in GIS, Geography, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or equivalent;
- Must possess good organizational, and oral and written communication skills;
- 7+ years of experience performing planning analysis;
- Demonstrates proficiency in GIS analysis and data modeling.
