Liaison Engineer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Liaison Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with inspectors, shop mechanics, other engineering disciplines, and management as required;
- Adhere to company material review board (MRB) and quality assurance (QA) procedures;
- Rapidly design repairs based on equivalent strength/stiffness of surrounding structure while in a schedule-driven environment;
- Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests;
- Design analyze and disposition repairs for structural non-conformances in a timely manner to restore design integrity.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and failure investigation experience with electro- mechanical systems;
- Experience with SolidWorks or 5 years with other CAD software;
- 2-10 years aerospace experience;
- Minimum education of a Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering or relevant discipline with credentials.
