Production Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Production to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and prepare raw meat and spice for use in production process, operating powered industrial trucks;
- Obtain and process meat rework by operating remote meat grinding equipment;
- 7am – 3:30pm;
- Obtain and wash meat processing equipment parts;
- Monitor production process of fully-cooked products;
- Operate food processing equipment/machinery;
- Assembling, inspecting & packaging;
- Ensure material is correctly loaded on machine;
- Advocate for customer needs clearly and compellingly to the rest of the product team;
- Responsible for producing a quality product that meets all internal and customer regulations;
- Work with Product Management, Engineering and internal stakeholders to define good confidence release deliverables for any given release;
- Identify improvements to existing product processes; develop a strong understanding of processes and technology;
- You will be performing work in a fast-paced work environment;
- Production support;
- Operate Machines used in the production process.
Requirements:
- Attentive to quality of product;
- Good work history;
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form;
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations;
- Able to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a strong team member;
- Passionate about customer outreach and research and able to understand and clearly articulate market problems;
- Able to lift 60lbs repetively;
- Previous production and/or livestock experience is preferred;
- Subject matter expert on the products, and familiarity with business issues or the ability to quickly learn;
- Ability to work with a knife;
- Ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds on a routine basis;
- Experience in cloud and “cloud native” computing, and can recognize the opportunities and challenges facing modern infrastructure teams;
- Must be able to lift objects up to 40 lbs;
- Ability to handle hot and cold conditions (must dress according to weather) and be aware of any wet floors or other hazards;
- 4+ years of prior experience as a Product Manager or a Technical Marketing Engineer in DevOps or related field, and 3+ years in software development.
